The 8-Second Attack: Transition Offense Revealed

When basketball introduced the three-point line for the first time - this interesting rule changed basketball offense and defense. After the induction of the 10 second rule and the shot clock the game once again was primed for evolution. No questions about it, some changes have had a positive influence on the game’s subsequent development.  The game no longer operates at a methodical pace, rather the speed of the game has increased and the philosophies of coaches everywhere have changed to take advantage of this evolution.  Enter the “transition” game.
